I’m Anna Stewart, a licensed art therapist (LCAT) supporting women of color, young professionals, and other sensitive, high-achieving adults in navigating anxiety, stress, and identity-based challenges. Through art therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches, I offer a safe, culturally aware space where you can explore your emotions, build resilience, and feel more grounded in yourself.
